Enter Standing Order Line - Text

This option allows you to enter free text for a standing order. This text also appears on the purchase order to the supplier.

When text lines are added to a standing order, they are added at the bottom of the order lines in the sequence in which they are added. When text lines are inserted, they are attached to the item above the line of text.

1. Display the Enter Standing Order Line screen.

Refer to "Maintaining Standing Order Lines".

2. Select TEXT.

Micronet displays the Enter Text screen.

3. Enter the text line for the order then select the Accept button.

Micronet redisplays the Enter Text screen so you can add further text lines.

4. When you have finished entering text lines, select the Cancel button.

Micronet redisplays the Standing Order Creation screen with the text lines you added.

Technical Tip On the Standing Order Creation screen, EDIT | TEXT will now be selected instead of EDIT | ITEM – see "Standing Order Creation - Edit - Item / Text" for more information.
